The Standard Testing Agency have produced this document for parents who have children in Y6 who will take their Standard Assessments Tests (SATs) in May.
Information for parents: 2024 national curriculum tests at the end of Key Stage 2
On completion, the tests are sent to external markers. We are advised that pupils’ raw scores and scaled scores will be published on 9th July. Once received, these scores will then be reported to you. We will also report whether your child has attained the ‘expected standard’ in reading, writing, mathematics, grammar, punctuation and spelling. A child’s attainment in writing is assessed by the teacher, following moderation within: the Y6 team in school, the Partnership of Dronfield Schools (PODS) and the Local Authority.
